Servo Motor Type Cable Reel

This reel is equipped with a servo motor as the driving force to wind up the cable. It delivers even higher operational efficiency, better energy efficiency, and a longer cable lifetime compared with the inverter control type. Adding a unique minimum tension control to the torque control function of the servo, it performs automatic control to achieve minimum and optimum winding force. This technology prevents damage to cables and also reduces annual electricity consumption by 97% compared to the torque motor type (based on Endo testing). It is suitable for vertical lift with large cranes.
