Product Description
## Allows the upper electrode to hold a nut ## Simple electrode structure using a magnet The conventional lower electrode supply system had a problem of interference between the panel and the feed unit while feeding nuts to a deep drawn panel. The upper electrode supply system supplies nuts to the upper electrode side beforehand thus avoids such interferences for welding. * Nuts are held with a magnet and will not drop even if air or electricity supply should stop * Employed electrodes can be installed on the standard electrode rod with a taper. * During pressurization, the upper guide pin is pushed down lowering the holding force of nuts, which will be passed on to the lower guide pin. ## Employment of our proprietary link mechanism allows reliable supply of nuts * The feed unit accepts nuts. * The cylinder advances to move nuts to the underside of the upper electrode. * The tension rod stops, rotates the end of the supply unit to supply nuts to the upper electrode. ## Cycle time redu
