Resistance Heat Swager

Can be used for assembling metal casings. Or for connecting an enamel lead and a terminal. Swaging such as crushing the boss head after inserting into hole or a bundle of enamel leads into a terminal is typically made with cold swaging. In this process, the boss does not completely fit in the hole and producing a gap to the sintered part or, for enamel leads, a troublesome step is necessary to remove paint first. Our heat swager that heats and softens the part for swaging has eliminated such drawbacks and can maintain a more secure swaged state.
